How to make post-workout shake



With 2 or 3 shakes per day you could easily consume 20/30 egg whites. The struggle to chew down egg whites can be avoided. I only takes chocolates flavored whey and it tastes good along with egg whites also. With 2 robusta banana and chocolate flavor you could suppress the taste of egg whites.   
  • Piece 2 robusta banana into mixer jar


  • Extract white from 10 eggs

  • And add 1/4 litter milk to it

  • Smash the banana in mixer

  • add 1 scoop of whey protein to it ( chocolate would taste great )

  • add the white+milk to this

  • mix properly
